I’m just another broken egg, working towards being a fantastic omelette.
Born and raised in an ethical, moral, Christian household, I embraced the ease of “well-intentioned,” Christian faith. I was also told that “the road to hell is paved with good intentions.”
It’s easy to be a broken person in a broken world - lots of grace and low expectations. I really do mean well, I think.
After a ten-year run in technology (video game development and animation), God prompted me to step away, attend seminary, and become a pastor. Through all that, I experienced and received multiple signs of affirmation and provision, alongside incredibly overwhelming challenges.
After fifteen years of ordained ministry, I believe regular people are more willing to talk about matters of faith when the institutional church is not hindering the way.
